Airload Mobile provides credit services for utility payments, including but not limited to:

• UEDCL electricity token loans (instant)
• NWSC water bill loans (instant)
• UEDCL electricity installation fee loans (assessment required)
• NWSC water installation cost loans (assessment required)

Service Availability

Our USSD services are available 24/7. However, service availability may be subject to network conditions, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.

Service Limitations

Credit limits are determined based on usage history, repayment behavior, and service type. We reserve the right to modify credit limits at our discretion.

2. Credit Terms

Credit Approval Process

Credit approval is subject to eligibility criteria and assessment. For instant services, approval is typically immediate. For installation loans, approval may take 24-48 hours after documentation submission.

Credit Limits

Credit limits vary based on:

• Your usage history
• Repayment behavior
• Service type (instant vs. installation)
• Assessment results (for installation loans)

Interest Rates and Fees

Interest rates and fees are clearly communicated before you accept any credit. All charges are transparent with no hidden fees. Rates may vary by service type and loan amount.

3. Repayment Terms

Repayment Obligations

You are required to repay all credit according to the agreed terms:

• Instant Services: Repay within 7 days or before your next utility purchase
• Installation Loans: Repay according to the agreed schedule

Repayment Methods

Repayment can be made through:

• Mobile Money (MTN Mobile Money or Airtel Money)
• USSD menu
• Website (when available)
• Mobile app (when available)

Late Payment Fees

Late payment fees may apply if repayment is not made within the agreed timeframe. Fees are clearly disclosed in your loan agreement.

4. User Responsibilities

Accurate Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when applying for services. Providing false information may result in service denial or termination.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account information, including your mobile money PIN and USSD access. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Compliance with Terms

You agree to comply with all terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in service suspension or termination.

5. Disclaimer

Service Disclaimer

Airload Mobile provides credit services for utility payments in partnership with UEDCL and NWSC. Credit approval is subject to eligibility criteria and assessment. Airload Mobile is not affiliated with UEDCL or NWSC but operates as an authorized credit provider for their services.

Limitation of Liability

Airload Mobile shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Third-Party Services

Our services depend on third-party providers including mobile network operators and utility companies. We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by these third parties.

6. Changes to Terms

Right to Modify

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Notification of Changes

We will notify users of significant changes via SMS, email, or website notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
