We believe that electricity and water are necessities, not luxuries. Our mission is to bridge the gap between utility needs and payment capabilities, making essential services accessible to everyone, regardless of their financial situation at any given moment.

Through innovative USSD technology, we've made it possible for anyone with a mobile phone to access utility credit instantly, without the need for smartphones or internet connections.

Our Story

Airload Mobile was born from a simple observation: too many households and businesses in Uganda face unnecessary service interruptions simply because they couldn't make a payment at the exact moment their tokens or bills were due.

We recognized that life doesn't always align with billing cycles. Emergencies happen, cash flow fluctuates, and sometimes you just need a little flexibility. That's why we created Airload Mobile - to provide that flexibility when you need it most.

Today, we're proud to partner with UEDCL and NWSC to bring this essential service to customers across Uganda, ensuring that power and water remain accessible to all.
